Our Story

We are a mother/daughter team and best friends.  We love the Lord, the Bible, music, road trips, deep thought and conversation, natural health, beautiful, whimsical things, boutique shopping, and fashion! After experiencing tremendous loss the last couple of years (to name a few, husband/son-in-law Rick, mother/grandmother Loyce, father/grandfather Bill, and nephew/cousin Josh) we wanted an outlet to share our experiences, our thoughts, and some of the things in life that bring us joy in the midst of hard and trying times.  Our mom / "Granny" was very stylish and handed down her love of fashion and shopping, not to mention many eye-catching purses, baubles, and coats.  The fashion element of this blog was largely inspired by her snazzy presence in our lives.
